You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hyph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
hyph will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purportedly from hyph should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You must notify hyph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. hyph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials, except where such unauthorized access is caused by hyph's own negligence or breach of its security obligations.
hyph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Account activity alerts can be enabled from the account settings panel to notify you of logins, deposits, and withdrawals in real time.
All deposits to and withdrawals from your hyph account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. hyph accepts GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your hyph wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process depending on the sending institution. hyph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. hyph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly in excess of the player's deposit history. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, or to a verified account held in the player's own name.
hyph reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, hyph will notify the player and may request additional documentation before processing.
All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). hyph is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations in cases where a player's payment provider converts currency.

Players who are found to be exploiting bonus structures in bad faith — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering to meet wagering requirements, or coordinated play with other users — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, disconnections, or software glitches — during a game session, the bet will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's account where determinable. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hyph platform and constitutes grounds for account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hyph, its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and game providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the hyph platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or gaming losses.
hyph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
hyph does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude hyph's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
hyph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to breach, hyph reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
hyph operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). PAGCOR has jurisdiction over disputes between hyph and its players where the matter falls within PAGCOR's regulatory remit. Players may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
hyph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes that affect player rights or obligations, hyph will provide reasonable advance notice via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the hyph platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
